Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The product must have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Return requests must be initiated within the return window.

Please note: Sale items, custom orders, accessories, and innerwear are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

We are responsible for return shiping charge , We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchange

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
